Designed to be effortless, the tilt-head style mixer allows you to quickly install or remove accessories. Press the release button and then tilt the head back to add or take off the paddle, flex edge beater, whisk or dough hook.
While you’re busy creating, you can put the pouring shield on top of the bowl to make it easy to add ingredients neatly. It also prevents any wet or dry ingredients from splashing or clouding up when mixing. Once you’ve finished, pop the bowls, pouring shield, beaters and dough hook in the dishwasher. Hand wash the wire whisk in warm soapy water.Â
Big or small: 4.8 L is your happy medium
If you’re making a quick little dessert or a large meal, this size mixer is ideal. Big or smaller batches can be accommodated in the 4.8 L bowl. To give you an idea, you can process up to 1 kg of all-purpose flour.
Plus, as you get more with the mixer, there’s an additional 3 L bowl too. This means you can switch between recipe steps and keep creating without having to stop and wash up. The mixer comes with a flex edge beater that scrapes the bowl while mixing, in a kind of spatula effect. So, everything is mixed really thoroughly, even on sticky mixtures
